As of December 2013, MASY is providing instructors to develop, maintain, and deliver training and education programs to intelligence professionals preparing to become Foreign Disclosure Officers. MASY FDO instructors are responsible for: reviewing, enhancing, and developing student curriculum; instructing and engaging with students; and other programmatic support functions as necessary.

As of September 2013, MASY is providing faculty member support to the National Intelligence University (NIU), the nation’s leading academic institution for the study of intelligence. MASY’s NIU faculty members teach, study, and research issues spanning the entire range of the Intelligence Community’s scope.
As of September 2013, MASY is supporting a Department of Defense contract to provide technical support to the development, enhancement testing, and integration of information management software programs. Seasoned MASY staff support the planning, testing, and implementation of major system upgrades while assessing future growth and development needs.
As of August 2013, MASY SMEs are supporting culture training initiatives across the DOD by providing cultural expertise, new program development, education and training, website content management, and integration of cultural readiness curricula into existing language acquisition programs. The team provides on-site services supporting efforts to develop and maintain relevant culture training content for a DOD website as well as facilitate training and education.
As of March 2013, MASY is providing SMEs to apply their intelligence analysis and instructional expertise into the creation of curriculum development for specialized Critical Thinking and Structured Analysis (CTSA) courses. MASY SMEs play an integral role in training intelligence analysts to use critical thinking methodologies and basic structured analytic techniques to mitigate bias and mindset in intelligence products.
