First, apply to one of our open positions or submit your resume/CV via MASY Talent Network. A member of our recruiting team will respond to discuss your candidacy with MASY. We recommend you apply to our open vacancies approximately 60 days out from your availability date.

MASY has a Certified Military Veteran Recruiter on the team to facilitate your transition and will be glad to answer any questions.

MASY understands how difficult it can be to transition from the military back into civilian life. We are committed to providing opportunities and support for transitioning and former military members. We participate in military-focused job fairs to identify talented candidates, provide transition mentorship, and support many military related organizations.

Yes, MASY has policies in place to support your Reserve duties.

You’ll find that your military skill set can be applied in support of national security, defense, and Intelligence Community. We also recognize that you possess intangible skills that make you competitive for career opportunities outside of your military expertise. Review the basic qualifications to see if you meet the minimum requirements for that role and apply accordingly.
