Timeline
6 Weeks
The Challenge
During the onset of the COVID pandemic, one of our clients required critical program requirements to transition into virtual training. They were concerned about loss of mission impact as well as program accreditation.
To assure continuity and mitigate risk, our client needed comprehensive research, course restructure, and revalidation of learning objectives and materials in a new environment.
Our Approach
MASY promptly rose to the challenge and spearheaded this initiative by successfully migrating 90% of their workforce to virtual delivery within 6 weeks. We created new course modules, operative intelligence scenarios and developed accredited online courses.
To rapidly fill vacancies, the immediate solution was two-fold. First, we identified MASY Team Members who had previous online experience and appointed them as mentors. Second, MASY experimented with several virtual platforms tailored towards a self-paced, single student environment.
The Outcome
We led the way in using MSTeams, Zoom, Adobe Connect and APAN (All Partners Allied Network) and further identified ways to maximize their use. Our ability to adapt offered substantial savings and reduced the backlog of trainees that had accrued during COVID.
